The tower is explored as a vertical neighborhood: a place where an arrival at street level can lead to a home, a hotel stay, a working day, or an evening above the city. The architectural challenge is to give each part its own sense of belonging while keeping the whole building legible. Pale stone, bronze, and glass establish a shared language. Within that language, the spaces change register, from the openness of the promenade to the quiet of a residence and the expansive outlook of the sky club.

The residential study treats the skyline as a long view through a comfortable home, rather than a backdrop for a show apartment. Living, dining, and quieter retreat spaces connect through a warm material palette and carefully placed thresholds. Full-height glazing makes the changing light part of the interior; timber and fabric keep the room from feeling like an extension of the facade. The aim is a residence that can hold the ordinary details of a day as well as the memorable occasion, with a sense of privacy even in a building shared by many different lives.

The hotel-room study brings the scale of the city into an intimate interior. A quiet sleeping space and a separate sitting area share an outlook across Los Angeles. Curved upholstery, pale stone, and bronze accents make the architecture tactile at the scale of a hand, a seat, or a place to leave a book.
The residential study gives everyday rituals a wider setting. An open living room, a considered dining space, and a generous outlook are arranged for the changing light across Century City. The intention is a home with a recognizable domestic rhythm, supported by the larger hospitality world of the tower.
The porte-cochère and lobby exploration creates a sequence between the movement of the street and the calmer world inside. A generous canopy, warm lighting, and a clearly framed entrance make the threshold easy to read. Inside, stone piers and bronze details bring the facade's vertical rhythm down to a human scale. The concept distinguishes the different routes through the building, allowing a guest arriving for dinner, a resident returning home, and a visitor heading to a meeting to find their way without turning the lobby into a crowded interchange.
The retail promenade is imagined as the part of the tower that gives something back to the everyday life of the neighborhood. Deep shopfronts, shaded places to pause, and a sequence of planted edges create a walkable setting at the base of the building. The design favors useful frontage over a sealed object lobby. Materials carry through from the tower, but the scale belongs to the pedestrian. The transition between shopfront, planted edge, and entrance is treated as a continuous piece of the street. Somewhere to sit and a clear route through the space are as important to the concept as the view looking up.
The fitness and restoration study pairs purposeful exercise space with a planted winter garden and quieter areas for stretching or simply sitting down. Daylight and a view beyond the room help the amenity spaces feel connected to the city rather than hidden behind it. Stone, timber, and bronze continue the building's material language, with softer finishes where the body meets the room. The emphasis is on the quality of the setting. A slower edge beside the planted garden offers a place to recover after movement, while the arrangement of the room keeps busier activity from taking over every part of the experience.
The sky-club study gives the top of the building a social purpose. Tall glazing, restrained lighting, and small groups of seating make room for both the view and the conversation happening in front of it. Marble piers and fine bronze verticals connect the interior to the tower's exterior expression. The room is intended to feel composed in daylight and intimate after dark, without relying on theatrical effects. Seating groups create a choice between the more social center of the room and quieter places at its edge. The shared outlook gives the club its sense of occasion without requiring every gathering to become an event.

The amenity-deck exploration introduces a slower landscape within the vertical life of the building. A pool edge, sheltered seating, and planting give the terrace a sequence of smaller places to inhabit. The view stays expansive, but the experience is deliberately human in scale: a swim, a conversation, a quiet place to recover from the day. Light, shelter, and material continuity give the terrace its character. The transition from pool edge to a shaded seat is kept short and intuitive, allowing the landscape to feel like an extension of the rooms within.
